Evans Spring, a hidden gem, is peacefully situated between the charming Fairland and Melrose Rugby Neighborhoods, bordered by I-581 in the heart of Northwest Roanoke, Virginia. Noteworthy is the fact that it stands as the sole 150-acre expanse of preservable land in the region. Recognizing the critical importance of this lush tree canopy, the City simply cannot afford to jeopardize its existence.
